Extra-soft, fine Japanese tofu soup made with Shiitake mushrooms, Wakame seaweed, and green onions with a ginger Miso boullion broth.

Miso Marinated Mackerel

Large, fat winter season Norwegian Mackerel marinated in our home made Miso based sauce, then oven cooked just right. Served with a house salad.

Panko Fried Aji

Panko fried Spanish Mackarel served with a side of tonkatsu sauce.

San Sai Ankake Tofu

Crispy fried Tofu covered with mountain vegetables (sweet potato vines, bamboo shoots, flowering fern, wood ear, maneko mushrooms, stem lettuce & asparagus) & our home-made say based sauce.
